The Crosstalk Foundation is not currently a registered charity, however, most of what has been achieved so far has been done on a voluntary basis. By highlighting certain issues, we hope we can get changed some of the things that people currently feel are wrong in our society. The aim is simply to try and focus attention on anything that we feel can improve our current quality of life, helping to make our society better and more secure for those that follow on behind.
It would be nice to see the theme and theory of this project properly establish itself and continue to work on behalf of people in general and the majority public will, campaigning for a right for all people to have a say in issues that concern them. The public should have a say in how its money is spent and we shouldn't continually be taken for a ride by people whose comfortable lifestyles we are paying for, whilst being forced to accept, and put up with, things that we do not really want, whilst often being forced to go without things we really do need.
One of the most important things the Crosstalk Foundation hopes to achieve is to raise the debate about who owns this country and the streets in which we live. Who should decide on what happens and the way in which it happens? And should things be allowed to happen that are patently against the majority will of the people? In other words, should the people that populate this country, have any say, and any right to decide on how it should be run? Likewise, another thing it would be nice to see changed, is the length of time that it takes to get anything done in this country!
